Інтернет Асоціація України, яка об’єднує понад 230 підприємств галузі інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, просить кожного, кому потрапить цей лист сприяти безперешкодному пересуванню гуманітарного вантажу Global NOG Alliance на територію України.
Повідомляємо, що компанією Global NOG Alliance, українськими галузевими об’єднаннями Асоціації правовласників та постачальників контенту, Інтернет Асоціації України, компанії DEPS за підтримки Міністерства цифрової трансформації України започатковано волонтерський проєкт «Keep Ukraine Connected» — «Тримайте Україну на зв'язку», головною метою якого є допомога операторам електронних комунікацій України у відновленні зв’язку, і зокрема на деокупованих територіях, які трагічно постраждали від бойових дій на території нашої держави.
Просимо сприяти Global NOG Alliance у проведенні митних процедур, згідно правил, які застосовуються до гуманітарних вантажів. Під час розгляду звернення просимо враховувати те, що надання послуг зв'язку віднесено до критичної інфраструктури держави, яке потребує першочергове відновлення.

To all the interested Parties
Ukrainian Internet Association (hereinafter referred to as UIA), which includes over 230 companies in the field of information and telecommunication technologies in Ukraine, expresses its respect and asks everyone, who receives this letter, to facilitate the unimpeded movement of humanitarian cargo which is being delivered by Global NOG Alliance into the territory of Ukraine.
We’d like to inform you that the Global NOG Alliance together with the Association of Rights Holders and Content Providers, Ukrainian Internet Association, and a telco company DEPS under support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine launched a volunteer-driven initiative “KEEP UKRAINE CONNECTED”, the main aim of which is to help Ukrainian electronic communications operators to recover the communications infrastructure and services in the de-occupied territories, that were strongly affected by the war hostilities.
We are asking you to provide all possible assistance to the Global NOG Alliance in performing the customs procedures, in accordance with the rules applicable to humanitarian cargo. While processing the application, please consider that the provision of telecommunication services is classified as a critical infrastructure, which needs to be recovered as a matter of priority.
